I am so grateful you decided to visit our site.  I believe in in our ability to change, grow, and heal from our past or present.  I have been providing therapy services for over 18 years.  I have a variety of experiences that include children's services, adult services, geriatric services, substance use disorders, mental disorders, and couples counseling.  My counseling background is varied and I believe this has gifted me to be able to help a wide variety of clients.  My counseling style is most accurately called clinical Christian counseling.  My faith is important to me and believe in treating a person holistically including mind, body, and spirit.  I can accommodate both clinical and Christian counseling.  

I use a wide variety of counseling modalities.  I am versed in brief solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and I have training in Problematic sexual behaviors in children.  I am a trained Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (TF-CBT).  I have completed a certificate in Advanced EMDR Therapy skills (EMDRPT-II).  

I am a member of the American Psychological Association, American Counseling Association, and the Alabama Counseling Association.  Current license with the Alabama Board of Examiners in Counseling -LPC #3085 and LPCS #SC01017 .  Board Certified-TeleMental Health Provider - # BC-TMH-3733
