Welcome! My name is Jasmine Nichols, LPC and I am so excited that you are here. Congratulations on taking the first step towards making a change in your life by seeking help. Sometimes, the first step can feel like the biggest. 

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of AL as well as a National Certified Counselor. My Master’s degree is in counseling with a concentration in marriage and family therapy. I have over 3 years working with adults and adolescents with substance use and mental health disorders. I have clinical training in a variety of areas but have extensive knowledge in the following presenting problems: substance addiction, depression, anxiety, stress, coping skills, grief, trauma, decision making, marriage and family issues, life transitions,  women’s issues, and racial issues.
